Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label will be sent to your email for easy printing.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and attach the prepaid label securely to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a notification as soon as our team processes your refund or shipment.
